Food Physics has appointed Carl Krueger into a key leadership role at its main office in Boise, Idaho.

Carl Krueger worked to achieve a degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and has spent over 28 years in the food processing industry.

Throughout his career, he has held a number of operations and corporate leadership positions with KraftHeinz and the JR Simplot Company which spanned disciplines from Maintenance/Engineering to Environmental Management, Quality and Project Management.

Carl held a leadership role at the team building, a new state-of-the-art potato processing facility in Caldwell, Idaho.

During that time, he was one of the first to embrace and implement PEF technology in the potato industry, carrying that to additional applications and thus becoming one of the most experienced users of PEF in the U.S.
