Food Physics has fully set-up it’s own vineyard, encompassing eighteen acres of fledgling vines.
As keen innovators in all food processing sectors, Food Physics is hoping to disrupt conventional wine making by pursuing processing change with Pulsed Electric Field Technology.
So far our vines are in their second year of growth and will produce some fruits this year to kick off our trials with Pulsed Electric Field processing.
By 2020 we will have built our own PEF processing facility on the vineyard site that will produce, and bottle, our own range of wines, as well as other beverages such as juices.
